Tottenham’s manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has warned Arsenal and Leicester that after the international break his side will be able to prepare for games in a different way because they will just have one game a week.

This, of course, is in comparison to Arsenal and Leicester who will both have…..one game a week as well.

“It’s true we go into a different period now to recently,” Pochettino said.

“After the international break we’ll play one game every week, and we’ll have time to prepare games in a different way, to training, to improve and do a lot of things that were impossible before.

“We are in a moment where we need to see our future in a very good way. It’s important to keep working hard and fight in every game.”

Tottenham could be said to have the toughest run-in of the trio so there is still plenty of scope for them to Tottenham the title up.

They still have to face Liverpool, United, Stoke, Chelsea and Newcastle away while at home they will welcome West Brom and Southampton. That away run is not pleasant.

Leicester, meanwhile, have to play Southampton, West Ham, Swansea and Everton at home but travel to Sunderland, United and Chelsea on the last day of the season.

Arsenal’s run-in is the best of the lot provided they aren’t idiots about it. They have to travel to West Ham, Sunderland and City but at home, they have Watford, Palace, West Brom, Norwich and Villa on the last day.

Should it come down to it, Arsenal are the only ones of the three that will play at home in the final game of the season.
