Arsenal have had their final full training session ahead of Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final against Watford, and there’s some positive team news.

During the week we have doubted whether or not Arsène Wenger would have defenders Gabriel and Laurent Koscielny available for the game, but both took part in full training for the first time all week and are in contention to start.

Krystian Bielik also trained on Saturday morning, and if there are any late setbacks the young Pole could be drafted in as defensive cover. He can also provide some support in midfield, where Arsenal are without Aaron Ramsey, Santi Cazorla, Jack Wilshere, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Tomas Rosicky. However, Mikel Arteta is back and available if required.

Also present at London Colney were Frenchmen Robert Pirès and Jeff Reine-Adelaide. Jeff played at Hull City on Tuesday night and will be hoping for more FA Cup involvement and a chance to prove he’s ready to play first team football with more regularity.

After impressing in pre-season, Arsenal fans will be incredibly excited to see more of Jeff soon.
