Wojciech Szczesny took to his Facebook account to hit out at the media for their speculation over his future.

The Pole has been on loan in Italy this season after Arsenal signed Petr Cech from Chelsea and it was decided that they would keep David Ospina at the club as number two.

There has been much speculation regarding his future, but Arsenal fans widely expect to see him return to the club in the summer, although whether he remains in North London for next season is another matter.

So to try and shut it all up, Woj took to Facebook to say:

Gotta love the media. Reporting on 3 completely diiferent stories regarding my future in a space of 24 hours, saying there’s been a “change of heart” , ” U-turn” and “turnaround”. The only U-turn there’s ever been is in your rubish reporting skills.

Wojciech.

Szczesny has made a total of 26 appearances in all competitions, keeping just six cleansheets so far this term yet conceding 35.

Roma are currently fifth in Serie A, two points away from the Champions League places and 12 points behind league leaders, Napoli.

Szczesny’s Arsenal contract runs until 2018.
