Tomas Rosicky has hailed the talent of both Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, calling them Arsenal’s game changers.

Unfortunately, it’s unclear whether Rosicky will play another match in an Arsenal shirt, considering he’s out of contract in the summer and currently out of action with a thigh strain. However, this hasn’t stopped the Czech international from praising his fit teammates, including Ozil and Alexis.

“Mesut was always a special talent and you could see that when he arrived here,” the midfielder said.

“He was out for some time last season so he couldn’t find his rhythm, but now, after playing since the start of the season, everyone here can see [how big a talent he is].

“Him and Alexis are the game changers. Both of them have the strength to win games, so it’s vital for the team’s title chances that they perform well.

“The best thing that I like about Mesut is that he’s not forcing the final passes. We all know he has a great final ball but you can see that he only plays it when the game gives him that opportunity.

“If it’s not there then he’s not forcing it and he’s combining with other team-mates instead. That’s the thing I like most about him.”

It’s true, we missed Alexis while he was out injured. His pace and work rate, as well as skill, are a huge part of our attack and Ozil, well, he’s Ozil. I dread to think where we’d be without him. However, the point is, we do have them both.

It’s also good to see Rosicky giving quite a few interviews to Arsenal Player recently. I’m not sure whether there’s any significance behind this but perhaps the reception he got when he stepped out at the Emirates against Burnley might have influenced his decision to leave. Who knows?
