Claudio Ranieri felt pretty hard doneby after Arsenal beat his Leicester team 2-1 at the Emirates on Sunday, reducing the Foxes’ lead at the top to just two points.

Speaking after the game, the Leicester boss claimed that if his team hadn’t been reduced to 10 men, they would have had a chance to equalise, if not win the game, and that the performance itself was similar to their victory over Man City the previous weekend.

What Ranieri didn’t mention was the blatant foul on Mesut Ozil moments before they were gifted a contentious penalty. The referee didn’t have a good performance overall, which is now becoming the norm unfortunately.
