Yaya Sanogo is another one of those players who’s never managed to find his footing at Arsenal.
After we signed the striker for free from Auxerre in 2013 he unfortunately injured his back and was out for most of his first season with us. After this, he found it impossible to find his place in the team and has only appeared for Arsenal 20 times, scoring only one goal.
In 2015, Arsene Wenger decided a loan move was the best course of action and the 23-year-old went out to Crystal Palace. After this, we gave him to Ajax but once again, injuries hampered any progress he might have made there, and his loan spell there has been terminated.
Now, it looks as if Charlton want to take Frenchman.
Rumour has it that it could even be on a permanent deal after the striker had a trial with the Championship side.

Interestingly, Charlton were also rumoured to want Serge Gnabry before Brighton entered the mix for the German. Could this mean Serge is indeed off to the Seagulls?
