Arsene Wenger spoke after our 3-3 draw with Liverpool and admitted that he’s a little frustrated that we didn’t get the win.

Despite Liverpool going 1-0 ahead early on and then later 2-1 up, Arsenal showed huge character not only come back to level terms but to go ahead.

Annoyingly, in the 90th minute, we conceded a goal from Joe Allen, which meant we had to kiss goodbye to all three points.

“We have shown character again,” the boss said.

“Frustration comes from being at 3-2 and not making 4-2. It is very even and difficult.”

From a fan’s perspective I’m still divided. On one hand, I’m immensely frustrated that we couldn’t hold on those final couple of minutes and leave Anfield with all three points. On the other, considering how well Liverpool played, especially early on, a draw is probably a fair result.

As it is, we’re still top of the league on goal difference and we didn’t lose at a ground we’ve been humiliated at before, so there are positives to take. However, if I think about the mood in the changing room, I’m sure Arsenal are far more disappointed with the result than Liverpool.
