It just keeps getting worse and worse for Danny Welbeck.

At first, his knee problem was supposed to keep him sidelined for a mere matter of weeks. Now, months later, it appears it could keep him out until February.

The striker has undergone surgery and months of rehabilitation to try and correct the issue. However, it appears nothing seems to be getting him there fast and the poor guy has been left in no man’s land wondering when he’ll play again.

The recovery period will also affect whether he’ll get picked for England’s Euro 2016 squad, which will be a huge blow for the man.

Hopefully the reports aren’t true and the former United player will be back with us much sooner. However, with the way his luck has been going since he joined us, it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if we don’t see him for a very long time.
