Arsene Wenger claims that you wouldn’t believe you were watching the same Arsenal team of recent games against Bayern Munich.

The manager made no excuses for our 5-1 defeat against the Bundesliga giants except that we were quite simply incredibly poor.

Wenger also hailed Bayern for their dazzling display and said they were by far the better team.

Overall the boss has every right to feel disappointed with the result and his honesty should be appreciated. However, what’s important now is recovering and moving on to our next match, which is against Spurs in the Premier League on Sunday.
