Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain looks fit and raring to go.

Though it isn’t much evidence to go on, his latest Instagram post is incredibly promising as he was involved in a sprinting session in training during the week

The rehab is going well, 80-90% sprints today…looking forward to being back on the pitch soon 🙌⚽️

Following Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Francis Coquelin, Oxlade-Chamberlain’s acceleration off the mark is incredibly impressive and a huge boost ahead of the weekend’s game against West Bromwich Albion.

Joel Campbell has started each of the Gunners last three games after Theo Walcott, Aaron Ramsey and the Ox all picked up injuries. He’s done well enough, but having a more natural and – no offence to Joel – more talented player available again is very welcome.

Hopefully there are no mishaps and Oxlade-Chamberlain is available for selection at the Hawthorns next Saturday afternoon.
