A November which saw Arsenal pick up just two points from a possible nine would been punished by top teams in recent years, but not this season.
A year ago Chelsea had 33 points from the opening 13 games, Arsenal led the way with 31 from 13 matches in 2014. This season, Cities Manchester and Leicester top the table with just 29 points from the first 14 games.
The league is so tight, and Mesut Özil believes it just goes to show the Gunners can still win it.

Of course it is, especially while we have Mesut. Fresh from breaking the Premier League record for consecutive games with an assist, Özil managed to score at Carrow Road to give Arsenal the lead on Sunday.
Now adding more goals to his game, he is almost carrying Arsenal through this first half of the season and it isn’t going unnoticed.
