Arsenal’s team news for our match against Watford has been released and it appears that although Alexis Sanchez is fine, Laurent Koscielny might not be.

Kos had some trouble with his back a while ago. However, the injury which is apparently keeping him sidelined at the moment is his hamstring.

Although we were never given an exact return date, many believed the injury wasn’t too serious and that he’d only miss a couple of games. This was at the end of September.

Saying this, I don’t think there’s any cause for concern. If the centre-back was still yet to return to training, perhaps then we could start to worry but if he’s facing a fitness test, he must be at least almost ready to play.

In addition, Gabriel has been doing a fine job filling in at the back and we’re not desperately in need for Kos to return.

Alexis should be fine to play and both Arteta and Flamini have returned to full training.
