It’s the one glaring omission on what is otherwise a sparkling CV.
They should have won it in 2006 but, as we all know, it went a little pearshaped with Jens Lehmann’s red card and what followed late in the game.
Speaking at the press conference ahead of the Champions League group opener in Croatia on Wednesday night, Arsene Wenger has revealed just what it would mean to him to win the entire competition.

With Bayern Munich also in the group, Arsenal know that if they are to make it out of the group stages this season then they are going to have to make sure they collect maximum points against the other two sides in there with them.
There can be no room for complacency, something captain Mikel Arteta is only too aware of

Arsenal were recently named as the best side never to have lifted the famous trophy.
No-one is giving them a hope of doing it this season, but in this competition, you never know.
Shut up.
