Alex Scott, Casey Stoney and Danielle Carter have all been selected for the UEFA Euro 2017 qualifier to be played on Estonia.

The full squad is as below

Goalkeepers
Karen Bardsley (Manchester City), Siobhan Chamberlain (Notts County), Carly Telford (Notts County)

Defenders
Laura Bassett (Notts County), Lucy Bronze (Manchester City), Gilly Flaherty (Chelsea), Alex Greenwood (Notts County), Steph Houghton (Manchester City), Claire Rafferty (Chelsea), Alex Scott (Arsenal), Casey Stoney (Arsenal), Amy Turner (Notts County), Demi Stokes (Manchester City)

Midfielders
Isobel Christiansen (Manchester City), Jo Potter (Birmingham City), Jill Scott (Manchester City)

Forwards
Eniola Aluko (Chelsea), Danielle Carter (Arsenal), Jess Clarke (Notts County), Gemma Davison (Chelsea), Toni Duggan (Manchester City), Fran Kirby (Chelsea), Ellen White (Notts County).

The FA said that Fara Williams and Jade Moore have been left out due to injury, while Jordan Nobbs, Katie Chapman, Karen Carney and Portland Thorns duo Lianne Sanderson and Jodie Taylor have been rested for this squad.

It is a bizzare squad with three nominated midfielders out of 23 players, while some players are coming back into the squad after missing the world cup like Demi Stokes and Jess Clarke.
zzy Christiansen and Gilly Flaherty get a second call-up while Gemma Davison is recalled after nearly a year out in the wilderness. Arsenal’s Danielle Carter is rewarded for her superb club form with her second call-up.
Karen Bardsley is also called up despite a very average World Cup performance.
There is also  a puzzling call up for Amy Turner who is a center back and is nowhere near as good as Gemma Bonner who misses out again as does Arsenal’s own Jemma Rose.
