After assisting Wayne Rooney’s record-breaking goal against San Marino, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain thanked the travelling fans and revealed he’s looking forward to Tuesday’s match against Switzerland.

The midfielder had another solid match for his national team on Saturday, helping England cruise through to Euro 2016 before any other team.

Oxlade-Chamberlain then took to his social media accounts to thank the fans who traveled to Italy and revealed he’s looking forward to the next match, which takes place on Tuesday against Switzerland.

After having the last couple of seasons marred by injury, the 22-year-old is clearly having a great time representing England.

Good to get the job done last night. Looking forward to Tuesday night back at Wembley ⚽️ #France2016
