Emiliano Martinez kept a second clean sheet in three games on Tuesday night as Wolves won 3-0 at Craven Cottage.

While Arsenal were falling to a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Olympiacos, and David Ospina was hitting the headlines for his calamitous error, Martinez was enjoying a much more straightforward night across the city.

After 35 minutes Fulham went down to 10 men, and the on-loan goalkeeper was only called into action three times in the 90 minutes.

A comfortable 3-0 win was Wolves’ first victory since the end of August, following two draws and a loss in the Championship. The midlands club have moved up to 10th in the table, with Martinez keeping his second clean sheet of the season.

Former Arsenal striker also played for Wolves, but didn’t get on the scoresheet.
