Santi Cazorla has named his best XI made up of players he has played alongside, with four Arsenal players making the grade.

As well as playing with players of huge quality at Arsenal, Cazorla has won 73 caps for Spain, playing alongside all-time greats as Spain have enjoyed a golden era during the midfielder’s career.

Nonetheless, four Arsenal players did manage to make Cazorla’s side.

“He is one of the best defenders in the world,” Cazorla said of current Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny.

He was joined by Diego Godin, Sergio Ramos and fellow Arsenal player Nacho Monreal in Cazorla’s XI.

It’s no surprise that Mesut Özil made the team, alongside Andres Iniesta and David Silva in a midfield that would terrify opposition sides, and they would feed Alexis Sánchez.

Cazorla is one hell of a player himself but, with talent like that I doubt he’d even make his own side.

Cazorla’s Ultimate XI: Casillas; Ramos, Godin, Koscielny, Monreal; Iniesta, Soriano, Özil, Isco; Silva; Alexis.
