PUMA have officially revealed the Arsenal ‘cup kit’ ahead of the new season.

As widely reported, and leaked a number of times, the kit mainly be navy and feature a number of stripes. There are now a number of pictures of the players wearing the kit on Arsenal.com.

We at Daily Cannon are, hmm, unimpressed.

PUMA have a bit of a gold thing going on with Arsenal this year, and the colour once again features on this kit in the badge as well as with a diagonal stripe on the bottom of the kit. On the other side there is a white stripe, and the middle of the shirt has a turquoise stripe.

Navy and blue have been used on Arsenal kits at times, but this isn’t the best effort we’ve seen. Nonetheless let’s hope we have some success in it, with it being worn when required away from home in the Capital One Cup, FA Cup and Champions League.

Personally I like both the home and away kits this year, but PUMA haven’t done such a good job on this one.

Two out of three isn’t too bad.
