We haven’t become a club famed for our aerial presence, especially not under Arsène Wenger.

But running a poll for Arsenal’s greatest headed Premier League goals, the surprising winner was Thierry Henry.

The Arsenal legend netted 228 goals for the club but only 10 (all of which can be seen below) came courtesy of his head. Amazingly just five of those came in the Premier League.

The winning header was his last goal at Emirates Stadium before leaving the club back in 2007, a stoppage time winner against Manchester United.

Also in contention were: David Platt v Manchester United (1997/98), Nicklas Bendnter v Spurs (2007/08), Per Mertesacker v Spurs (2012/13), Olivier Giroud v Newcastle (2014/15).

Personally my winner would have been Platt’s winner against Manchester United from the double season. What about you?
