According to the press in Colombia, Everton are interested in signing David Ospina from the Gunners.

The report claims that Roberto Martinez is looking to replace Tim Howard, who is now 36, and has contacted Arsenal with a view to taking the Colombian to Goodison Park.

Arsenal's David Ospina

It had been rumoured that Opsina would be sold by Arsene Wenger after the arrival of Petr Cech for just under £11m from Chelsea but the keeper has come out to say that he is ready to fight for his place at the club giving the boss a real dilemma and far too many keepers.

It’s hard to see how Arsenal can start the season with all three keepers still at the club but in the world of Arsenal’s squad formation it wouldn’t be the weirdest thing to have happened.

The 25-man squad restriction does mean that a choice will have to be made by Wenger and one keeper (excluding Emi Martinez who is likely to be sent out on loan) will have to make way.
