The weather is miserable but the Arsenal players are still upbeat ahead of their return to Emirates Stadium.

This weekend sees Arsenal play back home for the first time since the Premier League season ended in May and the players took to Twitter after training at London Colney today. Arsène Wenger has said that he would like to give 90 minutes to the entire squad across the course of the weekend.

After spending some time in Singapore the players didn’t seem to impressed by the weather in London but it could give us the very smallest of advantages over Saturday’s opponents Lyon, who are used to a warmer climate.
