Nacho Monreal has confessed that his favourite personal moment this season just had to be that goal against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The Spaniard has been an undeniable asset to us this season after replacing Kieran Gibbs due to injury and he acknowledged the importance of playing regularly. Although he’s not sure it’s the best he’s ever played in his career, he does believe the consistent time on the pitch has helped his confidence.

This season, he made 39 appearances for the Arsenal. His highest amount of appearances for the club thus far with last season reaching 33 and the season before, when he joined in January, only 11.
