According to breaking news from the Daily Mail, Petr Cech’s move to Arsenal is now complete.

On Monday, the Mail Online Sport announced via their Twitter that the Chelsea player was going to be playing in red next season.

If the deal indeed does go through, this will be huge for Arsenal, who have needed a world class goalkeeper for quite some time.

Since the announcement, other sources – all via Twitter – have begun to echo the news saying that Cech is now indeed a Gunner, with many claiming that everything has been completed, from the medical to the bonuses.

The 33-year-old is rumoured to be moving for £11m.

The Czech international played for the Blues for almost 11 years and appeared almost 500 times, keeping 228 clean sheets. His work ethic and professionalism are outstanding and it’s no doubt that, if this is happening, he’ll be a huge asset to our team.
