As the 14/15 season winds down, thoughts turn to the campaign and the defining moments contained within it.

A season that started slowly and grumbled on until Christmas when Arsenal started to get their players back from the treatment room, Arsenal have delivered plenty of high – and low – points for the fans.

Your favourite moment is highly subjective.

For some it might be Danny Welbeck’s winner at Old Trafford while for others it could be the four spectacular goals we slammed past Liverpool at the Emirates. For the boss, however, it was none of those (well, not his favourite), but rather the win at Manchester City.

“For us, maybe it was when we won the big game away from home at Manchester City,” he said. “It was an important moment. Also the good performance we had against Liverpool at home. Overall I must say the continuity we have shown since January [has been positive].”

Arsenal will be hopping to get back to winning ways against West Brom on Sunday before all eyes turn to Wembley once again and the hope that Arsenal can become the most successful team in the history of the FA Cup – and Arsene Wenger its most successful manager – not bad for someone often accused of disrespecting the competition and not caring about it.

That might top City away.
