As it looks as if Manchester United have secured the signature of PSV winger, Memphis Depay, the Arsenal manager insists we don’t need any more players like him.

In his presser ahead of Swansea City, Arsene Wenger was asked to comment on Man United’s new signing, to which he said, “I like the player but that’s a position where we have plenty.”

This is true.

Our midfield and flanks are bursting with pacey talent and although a signing like Depay may do well for Manchester United, he’d simply get lost in our the squad.

We’re lucky in that our midfield is versatile and loves to rotate and switch positions. Another addition just wouldn’t fit, especially with the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain coming back from injury and Serge Gnabry out on loan.

The 21-year-old has scored 24 goals for PSV this season (via WhoScored) and looks as if he could have a bright future… but could he do it on a cold blah blah blah?
