A total of seven Arsenal players have been called up by their countries ahead of the 2015 World Cup in Canada this summer.

Ignacio Querada has named his World Cup 2015 squad and Spain have selected two Arsenal players.

Vicky Losada, an attacking midfielder who signed during the winter transfer window from Barcelona and Natalia Pablos Sanchon, a centre forward who also signed during the winter window from Bristol Academy.

Mark Sampson has also named his England squad and has named five Arsenal Ladies player: Siobhan Chamberlain, Alex Scott, Casey Stoney, Jordan Nobbs, Lianne Sanderson.

Jemma Rose, Danielle Carter and Leah Williamson all miss out as they only had an outside of making the final 23 list.

England’s full squad list is:

Goalkeepers : 3
Karen Bardsley (Manchester City), Siobhan Chamberlain (Arsenal), Carly Telford (Notts County)

Defenders : 7
Laura Bassett (Notts County), Lucy Bronze (Manchester City), Alex Greenwood (Notts County), Steph Houghton (Manchester City), Claire Rafferty (Chelsea), Alex Scott (Arsenal), Casey Stoney (Arsenal)

Midfielders : 6
Katie Chapman (Chelsea), Jade Moore (Birmingham City), Jordan Nobbs (Arsenal), Jo Potter (Birmingham City), Jill Scott (Manchester City), Fara Williams (Liverpool)

Forwards : 7
Eniola Aluko (Chelsea), Karen Carney (Birmingham City), Toni Duggan (Manchester City), Fran Kirby (Reading), Lianne Sanderson (Arsenal), Jodie Taylor (Portland Thorns), Ellen White (Notts County).

The biggest worry right now for the England squad is getting all their injured players back to full fitness and those who have not had much playing time with their clubs might be short of match fitness come the opener against France.

Although England have only one friendly in Canada prior to the tournament, they surely have some behind closed door games planned.
