With Liverpool’s defeat at home to Crystal Palace, Manchester United know that they are at least guaranteed a top four spot and a place in the Champions League qualifiers.

Arsenal, with a game in hand over United know that they will be able to seal automatic qualification with a draw at Old Trafford and a point from their remaining two games. Win today and it’s a done deal.

We already know that Arsenal are without Danny Welbeck, Mathieu Debuchy, Mikel Arteta and Abou Diaby while United will have to make do without Wayne Rooney and Luke Shaw amongst others.

Before the game it was rumoured that Radamel Falcao would get the nod to start ahead of Robin van Persie and that’s exactly what happened.
