Honduran ‘superstar’ Andy Najar dreams of playing for Arsenal.

The midfielder, who currently plays in Belgium for Anderlecht after his move from MLS side DC United is just 22 but I’m not going to lie and tell you that we know anything about him despite his home nation star-status.

I probably should know more about him given that he scored the Belgian side’s goal in the Champions League group game when Arsenal robbed them of three points, but I don’t.

My memory is awful.

Finding the net six times this season, Najar also has four assists to his name.

“I would like to go to English football and have always had a team in England which has been my dream – Arsenal,” Najar said.

“I keep that in mind.

“When I was little I liked Thierry Henry and I always had this dream of reaching Arsenal.”

Under contract until 2018, the right-footed, right-sided midfielder who hails from Cholueca, would seem like a very unlikely transfer target for Arsenal.

Still, you never know.

We did, after all, sign Park Chu-Young.
