Before their match against Reading at the Emirates, our Arsenal u21s lined up to take their shot at the Crossbar Challenge.

More prestigious than any other footballing accolade, the Crossbar Challenge really sets the men from the boys.

Apparently.

The concept is simple: kick the ball in the direction of the goal and hit the crossbar, which is easier said than done.

The only player on target was 20-year-old goalkeeper Matt Macey.

The ex-striker originally joined us from Bristol Rovers in 2013, and enjoyed a one-month loan spell at League Two side Accrington Stanley earlier this year.
