Jack Wilshere will return to training ahead of schedule.

The Arsenal midfielder has been out of action since he was crippled by Paddy McNair against Manchester United at the Emirates in November.

Originally expected to be out until well into March, Arsene Wenger revealed on Thursday that the Englishman would return to full training in just ten days time.

Speaking to Arsenal.com, the boss said

Jack should join in normal training in 10 days.

His return will certainly be good news for both Wenger and the team as it gives him yet another option and adds another piece to the puzzle that is Arsenal’s midfield.

Quite how Wenger plans on fitting everyone in is another matter entirely but I’m sure it’s one problem he’d far rather have.

Better not knowing where they all go that wondering if you can cobble together enough midfielders to field a team in the first place.
